Not as much padding as I would like for a fairly high price. Folds up nicely into a flight bag but I'm not sure how much it will help. I've been using it for a few months now and the gel seems to tend to pile up at the back end and leave nothing in the front (lower legs). Pretty disappointing for the price.

With spinal stenosis I feel uncomfortable after 5 or 10 minutes sitting upright in a chair. This thin, foldable pillow is great for relieving pressure in just the right place: on the plane, in the restaurant, in the theater, anywhere. It fits in my purse and goes with me everywhere.
