Haven't used the larger hoop yet. But I tested it to make sure it fits all three positions and that it fits perfectly in all three. In my opinion they are sturdier and fit better than the tire that came with my LB5000S.

This appears to be the exact same spec as the frame that came with my Brother SE600. It's a bit tight at the moment, but I think I've stretched my other with use, so it's better to be tight than too loose. I liked that I could just buy one piece instead of the whole set. Many Thanks.

I got this set because I have a brother replacing my Singer. You can't imagine how happy I was when I learned that the larger hoop could be moved. I was unhappy that my brother only had a 4x4 and I couldn't embroider in a larger size, but I solved this problem with a large embroidery hoop in the set. Haven't tried the smaller round hoop yet, but can't wait to try it

Trusting the Revain headline I ordered this for a Brother SE 600 which was bought for mask making. However, when I received the package, the SE 600 was not labeled on the box. That's because the honest manufacturer knew that not all of these tires would fit on the SE 600, and as a beginner I didn't know that. If necessary, order items separately as the largest item, representing the largest cash outlay, is useless.

I have only used a medium sized frame and found the fit on my Brother SE600 to be a little looser than the original frame that came with my machine. Due to the slight difference in fit, the embroidery hoop will slip a little when embroidering. The embroidered images look fine, but the lettering is noticeably blurry due to excessive hoop movement. If you don't do a lot of monograming or letter personalization, this product is durable and easy to use.

So there is some confusion as to the purpose of this embroidery hoop, especially among those of us with machines that can only embroider patterns up to 4x4 and I thought it would be an important contribution about this discussion. No, a larger hoop will not convince your machine that it can sew larger patterns. But it can allow us to frame a larger area so we don't have to reframe (monograms I guess, right?). All we have to do is change the position after each section (which gives us at least 3
