Very easy-to use platform that is user friendly

I am able to manage all of our customer's data from one location, without having to drive into the office everyday! The interface has been very helpful for creating reports with all customers at once. There have been some minor issues here or there but nothing major as far as features go. Make sure you look over their service level agreement before signing anything as sometimes they don't meet expectations after your contract expires. We were dealing with multiple vendors who had an old system,

  • It also allows them easy access while remaining outbound calling instead of logging onto SalesForce just to see how much time remains left till lunch hour/end of shift etc.,etc
