🎮 Unleash the Adventure: Skylanders Trap Team Starter Pack for PlayStation 4 Review

Bought as a Christmas present for my 3 year old and he loves it. Skylanders is recommended for ages six and up, but the gameplay is simple enough for my son. The characters also speak along with subtitles; Therefore, my son's inability to read does not detract from his experience.

Great toy for Skylander lovers. Little Manny loves YouTube and got it for his birthday. Was very excited he had a starter kit to start playing.

The child loves it and finds it just as fun as the other games in the series. I'm tired of the extra expense of buying all the toys it takes to explore all the areas. I can't wait for my child to grow this series. (This will probably happen after it goes out of style and all these toys go down in price. I'm left with a pile of plastic junk that's not worth my time to sell on eBay. LOL).

Our 11 year old recently renewed his love for the Skylanders. He plays it all morning and really likes how he can "capture" enemies. The starter kit includes everything you need to play. You really should buy some extra Skylanders Trap Team though. While the old Skylanders will work with the game and portal, you'll need the newer ones to get the full gameplay experience.

Great game, my daughter loves it and she can also use her characters from previous games with it. so that's a plus. The item was exactly as described and everything was in perfect condition. Bought at a discount because my kids were late for Skylanders. They're working with the new SuperChargers portal, so that's a good thing. Everything seems to be backward compatible. Not really much to say, but they're pretty damn hard to get out of the box.

This is a "starter" set that in order to enjoy and complete the game 100% you need to buy 5 additional trap masters and 6 additional trap crystals of each element (only 6 were released - the element named unknown, not the game isn't released yet), so expect another $200 or so to unlock all the levels and beat the game.
