SKYVVA Cloud Integration Review

I like that you can create custom fields for your data, as well it's easy to use with Salesforce Data Migration Toolkit (DM2). I like that it's easy to use,it syncs with Salesforce very well! It also has an option for other platforms such as SugarCRM etc.,the customer support team are great too!! The only thing i dislike about this product was at first when we were testing Skyvva integration. At some point there used be issues where our data would not sync properly into sales cloud from skype web chat or slack messenger; This however had been resolved by their amazing teams who worked hard in resolving them quickly. The best thing about this product was its user interface, it's very clear to understand for new users & also easy enough as well with old ones! I have used other products from Skyvva but nothing has been comparable till now except maybe their support team which are amazing at solving any issues in minutes!! For me personally there were no problems what so ever i am using sky vava since last 3 years without facing single issue regarding software or anything else related (at least not that time).
