I just moved to a new place and my lighting was very warm and dim. These lamps changed the rules of the game! Makes my bathroom super bright! And worked well in my hallways too! They emit a cold, bright light!

It's fine if you want to light up a dark basement or similar but I've tried placing one of these in my hallway and they looks like a medical one. exam class. They work fine etc, just need something softer.

I won't buy again. The bulbs that came with it lasted 3 years. Outdoor use in interior lights with light sensors that switch the light on at night (turn on all night). Temperatures here are very moderate most of the year, never dropping below 26°F (only a few nights a year) or rising above 105°F (and that's during the high summer days, not at night). where highs can reach 80°F several nights a year).

I have 2 bathroom light fixtures with 6 of these bulbs in them. Can't find them locally and thought I'd have to replace the lights but ordered from Revain from another seller and sent back because they wouldn't light up. I ordered these and they arrived quickly. The tint of the light is slightly different but they work and I have 3 more bulbs when the others go out. I can't say anything about durability and energy efficiency yet.
