Don't waste your money! You can cut and use the stockings. They curl up instantly when your hands are on the larger side, like mine. Garbage!

I bought these to keep my racquet arms from swinging. I want them to work. I found them tight but all they did was force the rest of my fat to push out the bottom and top of the compression sleeve. I was disappointed. They made my hands look like a tube of toothpaste squeezing out the center.

These things aren't worth it. As soon as I put them on, they roll down your arm. I have to constantly pull them up during workouts and it's very annoying. I have big hands and these things don't work very well. If your hands are smaller this might work better, but if your hands are above average don't even waste your money.

So I use this for very different reasons than most people. I'm a type 1 diabetic and needed something to keep my Libre sensor on. I tolerated the patches normally and then developed an allergy to them. This is perfect because I can cover my sensor and also add extra protection and support because it fits the sensor snugly and doesn't get knocked off as easily. The good thing is that I can take it off at the end of the day and wash it if needed. I love my sensor!

As an elderly woman I developed cellulite on my shoulders and I think forearm compression would help. The sleeves fit perfectly from shoulder to elbow. Very comfortable, just how I wanted it. The thinner material is perfect for underwear. (not neophrenic). Comfortable to wear all day or all night, stretchy.
