Certainly I would love to see one of these Run

What a deep disappointment that I had to return two of these, allegedly with dead batteries. I'd love to have one, but I'm not going to spend $300 on a watch and then take it to a local jeweler who can void the warranty if they try to get it working.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Style 90

As a trick for women

I bought this for my husband who loves watches, he really likes them. Of course, it takes some mental adjustment to figure out what time it really is, but it looks like a trick to me. He gets that and I'm always amazed that he can use this "slow" watch to tell the time along with LOL. It is very stylish and always catches the eye.

Start a conversation

Nice style and the watch will definitely get a second look. It takes a while to get used to reading (but isn't the watch different overall?) and setting it up takes a little more care, but is certainly doable (the manual explains that small steps just require a little extra tweaking). case.) I'd love to see another version with an even larger dial. That would prompt me to buy another slo.

  • Great selection

Slowing down can be great

New favorite watch. Looks even better than in the pictures. For the first few days of owning it, I played guess what time it was, and almost immediately for a minute or two. It's not difficult. And how often does it actually matter, 1:00, 1:02, or 12:59? As someone who has way too many watches (at least according to my wife) this seems totally against my philosophy. I've always appreciated watches for bringing order to chaos. Slow clocks don't cause chaos, they just relax. Beautiful brushed…

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Great design, great philosophy, terrible watch

Unfortunately I just returned my second Slow Jo. The first did not stand up to constant time; sometimes it would be right, and sometimes slower up to 10 minutes. I understand the whole point of these clocks is that you don't need to get an accurate time from them, but with a 10 minute error window you don't even get a useful estimate. I woke up several times to find the clock was more than 8 hours slow during the night. This was in the first week I owned the watch. I contacted customer service…

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Long wait

Can a watch change your life? This one did.

I've been researching alternative ways of displaying the time for some time now. I am an adult with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD/ADD) and this makes it very difficult for me to perceive the passage of time and I have to deal with the short term memory loss that comes with it. One technique used for children with this disorder is to use a timer that resembles a gradually increasing pie chart to help the child understand exactly how quickly time can go by. notion of time. I had a Nooka watch…
