Description of SM2

SM2 is Coencorps crown jewel. It is a web application, installed once on a web server and accessible from anywhere, allowing central management of multiple sites. Client applications on individual work stations are not required. All you need to access real-time fueling, vehicular data, and maintenance related reports and work orders is a web browser, available on any standard PC. SM2 is highly advanced, very user friendly, and modular, resulting in a real-time fleet management system tailored to your specific needs. Your other third party systems will also be put to good use. SM2 is designed to interface with other systems, thus driving synergies across all applications to new heights.

Great Product in All Departments - Would Recommend

The ease at which our fuel usage can now be tracked down by location or vehicle make/model makes it so much easier for us as an organization than before! I wish there was more options when looking through historical information but this may just have been due to my lack of experience using such software. If we had realized how easy tracking would actually be then perhaps we could've used another service provider sooner? This has helped tremendously with reducing waste within our facilities…

  • Easy setup, once you get past initial onboarding
  • Ability see historic reports
  • Reports are super helpful in making decisions about new processes.
  • Allows users access from anywhere & any device they desire while still allowing employees complete control / autonomy without having full admin rights required like other similar applicationsI really dislike:
  • There is no direct mobile app integration yet
  • Sometimes laggy system
