I was very happy with this watch. It fit great and was easy to set up, but the transmitter never took my heart rate. I even got other people to try it to make sure it wasn't my fault. I tried rubbing alcohol on it as suggested, washed my chest with soap and water and tried tightening/loosening the strap. As a last resort, I checked the battery voltage to make sure it's fine. HR still hasn't appeared. So I just printed the return form and will try another brand.

The watch is stylish and works well. The first thing we received was actually DOA and we had to send it back at our expense. The company was very polite and responsive and the replacement works flawlessly. My wife was concerned that the heart rate monitor on the gym treadmill was inaccurate. She was right. She likes the fact that the face is shifted. As I said the replacement works fine but I have an issue paying for the return of the product which was DOA so I only gave it 3 stars.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this watch. I couldn't wait to receive it. After the first use I could not connect the chest strap and the watch. I've followed the little troubleshooting tips they gave in the guide to no avail. I bought it specifically for the HRM and calorie burn feature to help with my workouts. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The instructions are also a bit difficult to follow. We will come back for a refund and find something that works more than once.
