Buttons keep sticking. No problem, just make sure they don't stick when you press them. But it works. The LolUpdate Zero button hasn't worked for a few months. You need to get a new remote control. Buy something else!

Programming failed. The operator may not be able to find the correct TV program numbers. As a result, I bought it specifically for the TV I was looking for a new remote control for. It was a lot easier than my first purchase.

The original remote control for my TV was a few years old and didn't work properly. I ordered this new one from Revain and it works great. I thought I would have to do something to sync or program it, but it didn't happen. Very easy.

The remote control itself works perfectly, no problems. I'm only giving 4 stars because I hate the fact that the battery is on the top of the remote making it heavy in the front. Every remote I've ever owned had a battery on the bottom of the remote.

I bought this remote and the FORMAT button didn't work. I thought it was a marriage and asked to be replaced. When I got the replacement, the ASPECT button still doesn't work. Too bad because that was one of the reasons I bought this item so I can change the screen view. I didn't return this item or ask for another replacement because I think it's pointless. I can still change volume and source (HDMI 1-4, VGA, etc.)
