I bought this VR15 remote to use with my Visio V022L TV which is a few years old and came with a VR 3 remote which is now broken . I expected this to work because I already have a VR 15 with another TV and it worked on the V022L model. When I received the new VR 15 I put the batteries in and started using it with the V022L TV. It worked great, all functions worked perfectly.

I wanted to replace my original Vizio remote control as the battery posts have become a bit rusty over the years. It seemed like the perfect choice. I could only get 2 buttons to work; The TV does not turn on and off with the I button and other buttons do not respond. When I finally got the "Menu" button to work, I clicked on the "Sleep" option and there's no choice of duration (30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc.), which is standard on this remote.
