Only fits Quad cab (2 smaller size rear doors) with single floor hook on the driver and passenger side. Does not fit models with vinyl flooring, power take-off kit (PTO), or 4x4 manual floor shifter. Customers whose vehicle has a single retention hook on the driver side should use a blade to cut open the scored area in the floor mat, which is located off centered in the lower portion of the mat to accommodate for the hook. (Please note, not all vehicles have a single retention hook. If your vehicle does hot have a single retention hook, do NOT cut the floor mat.
