I was a little doubtful that this would really break all the lumps, but it is. I don't drink protein drinks that often, and I often use mine to mix matcha (matcha is hard to mix completely without a whisk) and it works great! I just shake it and the lumps go away. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about the leak, but I've had no problems. Other than that, it's a super cute color and it works really well. I also like that it has dimensions

I love the color of this shaker and its compact size. It's definitely thinner than a blender bottle but works just as well for me. There is no ball included, but the removable lid is equipped with a filter to make mixing drinks easier. I use mine for both pre-workout and protein and have had no problems with mine. The color is as shown and even comes with a small carabiner, but I always try to dry it immediately after washing because I'm afraid it will rust. In general I recommend.
