Although I have worn Smartwool socks for many years, these leggings irritated the skin on my neck. This may be because the neck is much more delicate, or perhaps because they are made in Vietnam and quality control has eased.

My second is like this. Ideal for running or skiing. I tend to get cold and Wisconsin is warm enough for me. Wool stays fresh for multiple uses, even without washing. I wash them in the machine and let them line dry. I've added a photo so you can see the back.

I bought these for myself and my friends to wear on hiking trails. Their breathability and filtration are highly rated so I thought they would be great for winter as they keep our nose and mouth warm and sealed when passing other hikers on the trails during Covid19.

I have other great Smartwool leggings/headbands, but this one is too tight and doesn't stretch enough for comfortable wear. Very surprised by the poor quality. I'm very disappointed because I can't use it and I can't return it.
