My new favorite pair

The same excellent quality I used to expect from Smartwool, read a few poor quality reviews that suggest they have pairs where the QC has slipped, I've never had a problem. I have multiple fibroids on both feet, a little more lima beans, and my orthotics don't mix well with my boots. I can walk comfortably all day with these socks. The elastic at the top is wide enough not to dig into my calves and they seem to wick moisture well. Good to wear with or without a liner.

Cons
  • I don't really like anything everything is fine

Great for clothing, shoes and jewelry

Love these socks. They are warm, thick and very comfortable. They're expensive, but worth it. The best cold weather socks I've ever had.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models

warm socks for Athletic Socks

I wanted heavy, thick warm socks to wear around the house and keep my feet warm. That's what they are. Not cheap but I think they will last for years.

Pros
  • High test results for support and durability
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Socks XL, but not wide.

The socks are narrow and not wide A very large pair of socks was expected to be very wide The socks cut into the legs and affect the circulation of the foot Very wide. I also bought other XL wool socks that weren't wide. For a show size 11-13 or 14, the socks should be very roomy, but unfortunately they weren't.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Not bad

Not what I expect from a product sold at Revain.

I bought it for my husband as a present. He has problems with cold feet. He wore them for 2 hours and had to take them off because they were too tight and were interfering with the circulation in his legs. Of course, they've now been worn, so according to your return policy, you don't care.

Pros
  • Gives a comfortable feeling
Cons
  • Not the best

What happened to the quality?

Worn once indoors for a few hours so cannot be returned although has a loose loop and untangles effectively. I bought many of these and two pairs as Christmas gifts this year. Such a shame. The best socks on the planet so far.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Sad Gear

Not As Expected Suitable For Men

I usually like this product and have ordered so many pairs in the past. However, in this pair, one of the ankle socks is shorter than the other. I put them side by side and of course they are not the same size. I'm disappointed as I head out where it's still cold. I'm not sure if I should return it or use it unilaterally. I ended up taking it with me on the trip as I didn't have time to go back. It kept me warm but the socks were at least 3 inches apart.

Pros
  • Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry
Cons
  • Not All Suitable

Bet Your Life On These Socks

The school's instructors realized that socks with a high wool content were needed. Those of us who bought the Smartwool High Wool Socks were very satisfied as the feet stayed warm and comfortable even in Mickey Mouse Combat Rubber Boots in temperatures as low as 18 degrees below zero. The Smartwool socks survived seven days in the field with snowshoes and backpack, the rest of the time motionless for long periods. Note. If you try to dry them over a small fire and see smoke, it's most likely…
