I would have given this product an overall 5 stars but the exception was the battery compartment. Each candle uses two AA batteries and I had to literally pound them down to fit and be able to replace the cover. Not sure how this is going to work out when they need to be removed.

These candles look real unless you are right up on them. The flame dances and the color of the flame is better than most flameless candles--it's more of a bright yellow than an amber color. I like the remote control. So easy to turn on multiple candles at one time and set the timer. The dimming function does not work very well but it's OK. I ordered a set of 6 and the remote did not work on all functions, but the seller responded to my email right away and took care of it. Very good…

Having a difficult time with the timer but it's still cheaper than crate and barrel! It looks real from a distance or in a hurricane lamp. I have mine up high on a bookcase. It's nice to never have to climb up to blow it out or turn it off with the remote around. It lights up that corner just enough! I would buy again.

These are hands down the best candles on Walmart. If you love the realistic look of Pottery Barn's premium flicker candles, you'll love these. I've held the ones in the store and seriously can't tell the difference. Plus, these have control remote and timer option as an added bonus. Only wish they came in a taller size (8 or 9 inches) to be a true dupe of the PB ones, but honestly, these are amazing. Just ordered a couple more sets - the price went down since the first time I purchased it!

These are great the only thing that could be better is when it is in candle mode it steps through brightness if it faded it would look less mechanical I just leave it in light mode the moving wick maked it look like a flicker better
