Bought this dress for my granddaughter who is difficult to fit and please. It looked so cute. The color and lace were so beautiful. I sent it back because my granddaughter was uncomfortable with the clear lace. It was modestly placed on the dress. It's just that my granddaughter wasn't used to lacing up her shoulders and found it too "see-through".

We bought a size 16 denim dress for my daughter who is 5ft 2" and 100lbs and yes it runs small. I didn't like the small mirrors on the dress (at first I thought they were embroidered flowers, now the product has been updated, more detailed descriptions of the dresses have appeared). would it fit her better ie a little looser and a little longer it would look prettier on her even if it wasn't the most comfortable (turned out to be scratchy even after prewashing)
