Easy enough application process that didn’t take long

I love how easy it was to create my profile, upload all of my work history (including prior employers) as well as some education information. There are plenty of fields you can fill out to customize your resume/profile depending on what position you're applying for. The layout isn't very user friendly or intuitive in general so be prepared to spend time learning how to navigate through the site if you don't have any previous experience with online job applications or recruitment websites.   • Easy ability access multiple positions quickly
  • Viewing past opportunities helps understand current ones.
  • Many different ways possible within each opportunity listing including search functionality which is helpful compared other platforms that only offer one way entry via filters etc
Cons
  • Layout difficult & confusing; especially during first few months using platform
