Nearly perfect! suitable for the kitchen and dining room

for a watermelon. Great size and looks. The basket prevents the watermelon from sitting in its juice and getting wet. The only thing I don't like is that the lid doesn't close like normal storage containers! It just sits loosely on the container and if you grab it with one hand two can slip right out of your hand.

Pros
  • Crockery and serving cutlery
Cons
  • I can't remember, but something was bought

I am so happy with this fruit holder.

I bought this fruit bowl solely to store sliced watermelons. It fits about half a regular sized watermelon cut into chunks. Every day you can pour the juice from the bowl so your melon doesn't rest in the liquid. Now it lasts much longer. I don't think the fruit decorations on the lid are needed as they take a little longer to wash and dry.

Pros
  • Oiler
Cons
  • No capacity

Works as it says Butter Dishes

I bought this for another purpose but didn't pay attention to the size and it was VERY big. "Well, you might as well throw veggies in there," I thought. Fresh green beans, large zucchini, fresh ginger, and lemon stayed fresh for over seven days, and they all (and regularly) went mushy or spoiled just in the freshness drawer of my fridge. It's not magic, but it really made my life a little bit easier. The only thing that bothered me was that the condensation seemed to ruin my veggies, but so far

Pros
  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
