stainless steel version was originally purchased. I bought this titan as a special gift for my nephew who is going on a long backpacking trip. Every pack needs a Sierra Cup, why not make it special and pay a few bucks more for titanium from a company synonymous with quality gear.

Ultra light, I've had the steel version for decades and use it regularly but mostly in the home kitchen. Unfortunately, somehow it wasn't packaged when I returned to the States after ten years abroad. This one is even lighter than my original! And it has the same great design that not only allows you to drink but even cook with it. I'm happy to have one again.

Very, very light. The material is thin enough that I could easily break it if I really wanted it, but I don't think I need to worry about it breaking as intended. Despite the lack of a spout, the design of the rim makes it very easy to pour out liquid without it dripping down the sides of the cup.
