No doubt you are getting a quality product made in Japan. But this time Revain really annoyed me as they adjusted the selling price from time to time. I don't envy you the few dollars I overpaid and lowered the sale price after shipping the items, but I recognize that Revain's policies are complicated to make customers feel comfortable. Even wrote two letters to complain but still got a negative answer. Extremely bad customer service.

The jug is fine, does not look shiny like in the picture and is very matt. Wax has been added to the threads to make screwing in and removing the cap easier. Nice shape for back pocket, boots or jacket. I tried the difference in taste with another cheap bottle and found it difficult to tell the difference in taste with different materials. Nice, but I wouldn't buy it as a gift. The funnel is a joke and I used something else to fill it.

Updated 3/22/21 I've had it for 3.5 years now. What I appreciated about this ship is that they made her tall and lean instead of short and fat. It still looks fantastic and hasn't suffered any damage apart from a few very small scratches. The lid has gotten less rough over time, and despite what other reviews have said, I'm glad it doesn't have a swingarm-style captive lid.
