No doubt you are getting a quality product made in Japan. But this time Revain really annoyed me as they adjusted the selling price from time to time. I don't envy you the few dollars I overpaid and lowered the sale price after shipping the items, but I recognize that Revain's policies are complicated to make customers feel comfortable. Even wrote two letters to complain but still got a negative answer. Extremely bad customer service.
