SNUG Fastener (SNG434) Qty. It's a fairly versatile item to have on hand, and in some cases it is the best alternative to using nails.

Do what they have to do.

We recently purchased a 1944 Cape Cod that needed a refurbishment. These caimans came in handy when it was discovered that the ceilings were securely fastened with nails rather than screws and the ceiling sagged. They did the job and we haven't seen any issues with anything else we've used them for.

Solid performance for the price

Other reviewers have rightly pointed out that these screws are a little rough and covered in sawdust. Forewarned is armed. I'm just careful not to swallow them ;-). They work fine. So far no heads have come loose when screwing into the wood so they seem strong enough for this purpose. highlighted.
