Made in Canada, not the USA. Carefully! Added something to make it thicker. Returned.

Looks like they made it thicker and smells funny. Not the way it should smell. At first I thought it was just me, then I looked at the 1 star reviews and photos and it ruined my daughter's clothes. She asked me why her Tommy Hilfiger shirt was faded and had an oil stain on it. I couldn't figure out what it was until I read other reviews. Revain, please look at this. Looks like something was added to make it thicker.

Not as good as the original.

This version of Snuggle didn't impress me. The clothes smell less after washing and I use more than recommended. This pretty much defeats the whole purpose of the concentrate! I was surprised when I opened the bottle and noticed that Snuggle was very light blue and watery. The clothes still feel soft and fresh after washing, but the result is not as good as the original. I will continue to experiment with this product as I have PLENTY left and will update if I find a way of using it that works…

Seems a bit watery if you ask me.

Smells great but seems diluted to me. That may not be the case, but it seems to me that when I buy it in the store, it's a bit thicker. The fact that it says 2x concentrate and is a bit thinner than usual is a bit worrying. I just really hope I don't get ripped off, but the subscription and retention price is a fantastic deal. To be honest, I don't feel, smell or taste any difference when my clothes are discharged, so maybe it's this formula that makes them a little more runny. I really hope…
