I like that we can create our own profile pages which helps us to be more personalized with our applicants. I also like being able to add multiple resumes at once for a single job posting. The system is very slow. It takes longer than expected for it to load and sometimes just freezes up completely. Sometimes it will freeze without any reason. This makes it difficult to use. The ability to create custom fields that apply across all departments of my organization is very useful! There are some minor glitches with formatting but they have been addressed quickly by their support team when I've brought them up via email or chat conversation so far everything has gone smoothly!! I like that you can see your history of applications from previous years as well as any new applicants who are currently being processed. It's easy to navigate through the system with all its features which is very helpful when searching for candidates. The only thing I dislike about this product is there isn't anything really to dislike other than some minor glitches here or there but nothing major at least not yet!
