I like that we can create our own profile pages which helps us to be more personalized with our applicants. I also like being able to add multiple resumes at once for a single job posting. The system is very slow. It takes longer than expected for it to load and sometimes just freezes up completely. Sometimes it will freeze without any reason. This makes it difficult to use. If you are looking for something simple then this may be for you. We have found that we need to use it for all of our recruiters. It has helped us to keep track of all of their applications.
