Expensive but worth the money.

My husband works outside and is on his feet all day. He always laughed at my socks. He thought it was absurd that I bought these socks. I am a healthcare professional and was recommended by my gynaecologist. So I tried them and got hooked. Anyway, I bought my husband a pair and he loves them! He liked them so much that he gave a pair to a colleague. The clerk wore them and his wife threw away his socks and bought them. I have to keep my husband's socks clean because if he doesn't have a spare…

broken ankle? BUY THESE

These are the best anti edema socks I have ever used. I broke my ankle in December and had such problems with the swelling. My surgery was delayed because of a tumor. I had to start taking anticonvulsants to control the nerve pain from the swelling. Getting into the boot was delayed because of the swelling. Every day my leg explodes like a sausage! And that's despite keeping it elevated and applying ice every day. I couldn't get over the swelling for 2 months until I bought that damn $30 sock…

Of course, these are compression stockings, so it's important to remember that in order for them to really compress your legs, they need to be tighter than usual. You won't be able to pull them on casually without making the effort to squeeze your…

The best compression stocking you will ever buy

I have worked in the operating room for many years and I have worn different types/brands/fabrics of compression stockings and I have to say these wool socks are polyester fabrics number one especially by the mile. I can wear them for several days in a row and they still don't end up smelling no matter how many days I wear them. Since it is mainly wool, I recommend drying it after washing. Maybe the instructions say so; but I haven't read them. This is rule number one for wool. - Machine wash…
