Unsatisfactory, upset by this product.

Technical support within 2 weeks of periodic communication could not help in flashing or ating the device software. Installing the "Soeks Device Manager" program from the official Soeks website and the instructions did not help, the program does not see the dosimeter, although the computer detects the device. Quantum purchased in 2022 and used only a few times. Probably will have to send the device to the service. The cost of sending with delivery to the service is more than 1000, diagnostics…

Lightweight, accurate, logs data every 10 seconds

I've compared this to other brands and so far it's the best. It's the size of a phone. If you don't clear data every few weeks (either online or simply by removing the battery), the software may freeze. Remove the battery, connect it to the computer, press all 3 keys until the reboot menu appears. You then have to reset the date and time. Customer service is excellent. Good accuracy but be careful, Emtor is prone to crashes and MFR takes no responsibility.

I rarely write reviews but I have to say this. This little geiger counter was very accurate for me BUT it stopped working after a few months. It was not dropped or scattered. I changed the batteries, tried everything, nada. I wrote to the manufacturer to ask about the warranty or even sent it back and had it fixed and I was willing to pay for it but never got a reply. A lot of time has passed since then. and now that I'm writing this it doesn't mean I'm looking for anything, it's just that…

Good detector for health and safety products

I am now retired but have worked in the radiation detection field for 35 years. Towards the end of my career I designed detectors for various radiation monitoring purposes and I have to say that after some time using this device I made a positive impression on me. The quality seems very good and all functions work. I've only had it for a few weeks so the only aspect I feel has yet to be determined is its durability and only time will tell.
