Best Soft Phone for Call Center Agents

The best thing I like about this softphone is that it provides a lot of functionalities to our clients. It is easy to download and works like a charm. Even though the price seems high to me but I see that there are so many benefits when compared with competitors. The only downside is the UI which needs some improvement. I recommend using this product because it has a lot of functions and also gives us the flexibility we need without compromising too much on security. We have used this softphone
