The search function has been great for me, I can find candidates that are looking to work in my area easily! There's not much downside as of yet but when we do have one it will be addressed promptly by their team at least with our experience so far they've done everything right from onboarding through support/training etc., Great platform overall no complaints just keep up your good jobSoftly jobs really helps us recruit talent quickly across multiple disciplines which was something i struggled
