Great shower head. on kitchen and bathroom faucets

I got out of the shower with a hand control on my shower head. This SOKA shower solved my problems standing on tiptoe to reach things. The only criticism is the different shower settings in the hose. It doesn't have a really strong stream on any setting.

Apparently they don't have a water valve trim kit in their product line

Great find. The manufacturer seems confused that I want the water valve finish to match the shower head and the matching finish they offer. They claim that they will research and probably find something suitable, I assume next time I will come back and choose a supplier more carefully.

Quality and affordable

In general this device is well made, especially at this price point. In a large store, this will be closer to $250. Much better than all the big name crap. Pressure and flow are excellent. Rain and grip can work at the same time if you place the valve in the middle. Installation can be a little tricky (depending on your soul), but if you're good at it, it's not too bad.

Rubber band leak

Installation was relatively easy, however the rubber parts on the shower head began to fall off causing water to constantly seep through. I could not find where to purchase additional rubber stoppers and was unable to contact the manufacturer. I NEED RUBBER PARTS FOR THE SHOWER HEAD. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO.

Doesn't work out of the box if you live in North America

I really like this retrofit shower system, it looks well made. but I can't use it as the water connector only plugs into a wall mounted socket (my shower arm rests 3" against the wall like most shower heads in the US and Canada). I've looked everywhere for a 3" male female extension with NPT threads but to no avail. So I'll be returning it.

I was very satisfied from the start, the box was very well made and everything in it was protected by a soft material. Very good quality of the shower in all parts, the vertical bar is really solid and the chrome finish is really 1+++. The instructions are very clear and understandable. It's fairly easy to install if you have a little housekeeping skill. When cutting the copper pipe according to the instructions it is very important that you do not make dents on the outside of the pipe as that…

Looks great. Not the easiest install. Quality control issues

I'm glad I got everything installed but it wasn't as easy as I was hoping. First, the part that connects directly to the leads appears to be made of soft copper. If your plumbing is even slightly embedded in the wall, you won't be able to pull this part down. I used a vise deforming the copper tubing. I did my best to fix it afterwards. Secondly, the part attached directly to the copper pipe is not screwed. It is simply pushed on and fastened with small screws. If this part is leaking I can't…
