I was most concerned about the weight my hands can hold because I plan to use it to assemble 3D printed parts. I haven't measured how much weight the arms hold, but they are very stiff and seem to be holding quite a bit. However, since they are rigid, it's a bit difficult to align them in the exact position you want. The fact that the lever is very long also means that the whole thing can become unbalanced. After 3 months of use: The redeeming properties are neither light nor magnifying glass (both inadequate for their task and the main contributors to product instability). The base is too small to stand alone; It needs to be screwed to a larger base or table to keep it from tipping over. The clamps are weak and the rubber tips are not grippy enough, they are actually very slippery. The product looks useful and attractive in the photos.
