It was difficult to unscrew the double-threaded metal frame

I was a little worried that the thread wasn't right or wasn't quite round because it was difficult to screw it in. I went on and off and the picture quality seems good. It didn't grip as well as the 67mm and 77mm Hoya filters I've bought in the past.

Pros
  • for additional filters or a hood. I'll write
Cons
  • later

Positively surprised by the quality!

I was a bit hesitant to buy one of the big brands as sharpness is important to me, but this product really exceeded my expectations. I did a sharpness test at around 400mm with and without this filter and didn't notice any difference. I wanted optical glass and this company provided it much cheaper than others. This is a good buy.

Pros
  • Multi-layer coating. Coatings are antistatic. Waterproof and oil resistant
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great filter at a great price

I have had many different filters over the years and never had luck with cheaper ones. I needed a 95mm filter for my new lens and I have to tell you they are expensive. I stumbled across this filter and after extensive research online decided to give it a try (and it might be brought back!). Wow, that's all I can say. It looks well built and screws onto the lens with no issues. I took photos with the filter on and off with the same settings and couldn't see any difference in the photos. With…

Pros
  • No color cast.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
