This raincoat is a must-have for EVERY woman who loves fashion and functionality... Based on my observations, it's lightweight but can easily withstand strong winds and heavy rain. Adorable coat, it fits perfectly as expected. The downside that doesn't allow me to give 5 stars is that after removing the mantle from the plastic packaging it had an unpleasant fishy smell. I sprayed it with an odor eliminator, blew air in the dryer, aired it out at night, washed it in the washing machine and the odor was less, but not completely gone. I intend to keep doing this until it doesn't stink anymore, but it's quite a hassle to put so much effort into a brand new item so my daughter
