Solves most critical challenges by automating financial statements

The tool is easy to use with no technical knowledge required as it has an intuitive interface for non techies too! I like that we can create our own templates or even edit existing ones so there's very little chance of anything getting lost in translation from one user inputting data into another person using different software/platforms etc - which happens often enough when working collaboratively online via other platforms such as Google Doc / Dropbox (we also have shared spreadsheets). Not perfect and needs improvements, good alternative though

I like that it can be used at home or in office with no need to have an internet connection for some of its features (like sending email receipts). Can't use if you don’t really understand spreadsheets as using this software is not easy! Sometimes when we try something new - nothing happens so sometimes there are errors too which makes us feel very frustrated but i think they will fix them soon enough!!
