This one doesn't have a ground connection like some others, but it's perfectly fine for my use case. The price is pretty good for what it offers. Installing the driver on my Raspberry PI Zero W wasn't difficult, after adding the driver I have to restart it to load it (couldn't start the module without a reboot), but then it worked. I also tested on a MacBook Pro. and everything worked fine, no drivers needed.

These devices are exactly what I expected for the price. Super cheaply built but functional. The case is pressed in with plastic pins, so be careful with that. Also, the USB port's ground pins are not bent or soldered to the board, meaning the surface mount USB data/power pins are the only thing holding the USB port to the board.
