I received these DVD+RW discs for use with a Magnavox MDR533H/F7 HDD/DVD writer. I didn't want the disc to need to be finalized when played on a Panasonic player as you can't burn to an RW disc once it's finalized. So far, so good. These were separate DVDs but the seller told me that's how he pulled them off the K-Mart shelf. I do not know. I think that will do. I really wanted these Sony DVDs because my DVD player is Sony. I thought they might play better than the Memorex and Verbatim I had before. So I tried my best to get Sony. I don't see Sony DVDs in stores anymore, I don't know. I bought these on purpose as they come with a sleeve for each disc. The disc case is thin (much thinner than music CD cases), reducing the form factor. I've used 8 discs out of 10 to burn/rewrite ISO files and they work great. Just make sure you use them for DVD-RWs that support 4x speed.
