Sony Extra Bass Portable Bluetooth Speaker 12H - Gray - SRS-XB22/H (Renewed) Review

I bought this product for outdoor use, travelling, the beach and it sounds great! Fits pretty much anywhere and the price was reasonable for a Sony product. We are very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it.

I bought two of these, 1 for my girlfriend and 1 for me to use at work (one new and one refurbished) and they both charge fully and in 30 minutes they will say dead and balanced After 15 minutes of charging, it will show as fully charged.

I thought I bought a Sony speaker as I kept seeing connectivity issues. Bluetooth doesn't want to work. An incredible disappointment as it was a birthday present. It's hard to trust refurbished products, but since they're from Amazon I figured I'd be fine. It is sad.

Of course I didn't pay the $99.99 MSRP, but found an "upgrade" for only $69. It came in its original, undamaged packaging, with instructions for use and manual. It connected instantly and the sound that comes out is the equivalent of an old "boombox" but in a much smaller form.

Great sound right down to the bass. Lighting and customization were an added plus. The only thing I don't like is turning down the volume when the battery drops to a certain percentage. The speaker has an annoying voice output that constantly reminds you that the speaker needs to be charged. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Disclaimer; My speaker I'm considering has been restored! I chose this bluetooth speaker after listening to music on my friend's speaker. The highs are pretty good and I like the LED backlighting. My only complaints relate to the battery life; It doesn't seem to last as long as I wanted and takes a long time to fully charge and the included plug is suspect. It doesn't stay fully plugged in and I have to keep checking it to make sure it's charging. Plus, it was worth the $69 I paid for it! A new

It fits my xb41 perfectly, I use it for music, movies, games. I like music at work so I bought the xb41 but it's quite heavy and obviously more expensive and risky damaging it. So I got this, it's pretty decent on the audio side, I have a small JBL clamp, I feel the xb22 is just a little bit louder but with better sound quality but a little quieter than my parents mega boom speakers that they have there are a similar size. I will definitely get another one as an additional surround speaker…
