THESE phones are great! You won't regret it if you.

THESE phones are great! You will not regret if you buy them. Great bass and fits perfectly in the external ear canal. They're not really soundproof; but they sit so snugly on the outside of the ear that bass sound remains excellent for this type of phone. If you end up using loose-fitting headphones, the background noise is usually greatly reduced. Not so with these. I also love the small package they become when folded. They save almost as much space as headphones.

They break too often. Switched to Koss

I would give this product ONE star now. This is a rewrite of a previous review I did. I wrote that I really liked these headphones and replaced them after they broke. But after a new pair breaks, I just can't afford to keep paying to have the defective product replaced. They always break in the articulated/telescopic part of the product. Since Koss has an unconditional lifetime warranty on their products, I switched to Koss spark plugs ($15). something goes wrong, simply replace the product…

Good but a bit weak

It's been three months since I bought any of these things and bam! Today, one of the sides just doesn't work, or rather, it works when pulling the cord to the desired position. Perhaps its foldable shape causes the person to wrap the wire in a way that pulls it - that's probably why. But I don't think I used it very heavily or drew much, so I'm not entirely satisfied. I'm by no means an audiophile, but fidelity was pretty good while it worked. I heard undertones on some songs, added chords to…

Headphones Sony MDR-A35G S2 Sport

Normally, Sony produces good products. Was looking for an inexpensive set of headphones to use in training at the YMCA. I bought it because it was cheap, made by Sony and intended for exercise. Okay, the earbuds lasted about a month before the sound squeaked and I couldn't hear the sound in one ear. Sweat or moisture has obviously got into the earpiece. Returns to amazon.com are not currently an option, but I can certainly return it to Sony for a replacement under the 90 day guarantee. You get…

Decent sound, easy to use, short lifespan.

PROS: Love the foldability, good enough sound, sweat doesn't seem to affect it. Cheap. CONS: Short lifespan after abuse despite being advertised as exercise headphones. FINAL VERDICT: Well worth it if you don't mind buying new ones from time to time. SUMMARY: I bought them and worked with them. for years. The folding mechanism allows them to carry more loads while in my gym bag. But the amount of abuse from treadmill running will eventually wear out the speaker terminals, as one of the speakers

  • Sturdy construction

  • So-so

welding protection works; Sound and comfort need improvement

Yes, these headphones are designed to keep sweat out of your ears. I bought these to replace the yellow sport in-ear headphones that came with my old walkman cassette/radio. With them, I had to take them out from time to time and wipe the sweat. No problem with these new ones. However. I am disappointed in the sound quality. I think that's because the in-ear is bigger than before - it doesn't go as far into my ear as the old model did. And they hurt! After about half an hour my ears hurt so…

Easy to break! - Headphones

I broke them at the gym. I couldn't believe they were broken. The plastic is pretty easy to break which is why I think they make them foldable. I hung my headphones on the treadmill and went to pick them up. They stretched and burst instantly. Well, while these headphones aren't the best in terms of sound quality, they were fantastic to run with. I can walk and have enough cords not to snag or pull on my iPod. It is important! I don't care about the sound quality because I want to hear what's…

Runners enjoy: In-ear headphones

My details: I'm a runner. I ran long distances in high school and cross country in college. I currently train for 5k, 10k and half marathons (my knees don't take a full marathon). It requires a lot of time on the treadmill and music will be the perfect accompaniment. GOOD PRICE - You can't beat this price. Sony is a good name, and while they're on the lower end of the spectrum, they're well priced for what you get. The audio is louder than some of the more expensive earbuds and headphones I've…
