Good value for money, I recommend it.

Got pros: I use it with a6600, a good travel zoom, in conjunction with 70-350, covers the entire required range. Some cons: The lack of a stub, it's a pity it doesn't start with 2.8 :(

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

Has some pros: If you take a used one or a new one, and more often in favor of 18-105 18-105 is less sharp in places, but there is not much difference with aperture 4 the range of 18-135 Cons below: When shooting in RAW, there is a rather strong vignetting at 18 mm (it is automatically corrected in jpeg, it is also easily removed by lens correction in lightroom).

Overpriced and under-performing lens

As an electronics enthusiast, I was disappointed by this lens's lackluster image quality and subpar autofocus. As my tests showed, it did not live up to its high price tag. The only positive aspect was its versatility for a wide range of focal lengths. I would not recommend this lens to anyone looking for top-notch performance.

Pros
  • Wide zoom range for versatile shooting possibilities
Cons
  • It's hard to remember, but it was

Great all-round lens

I think the lens takes great photos. It has a quick focus that rarely misses. OS works fine. I'm shooting on a 6500. Wide open at 18mm although it has poor hardline vignette. Clears up quickly after 18mm. This is a great all-round lens for everyday use.

Pros
  • Image stabilization (SteadyShot): Optical SteadyShot
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, it's ok

Highly recommended for traveling

Game changes! I've had a Sony A-300 for a few years and absolutely love it; However, I was always disappointed when I switched lenses. It takes too long and needs more than two hands. Buying this lens eliminated this problem, saves space and weighs less. Highly recommended if you are a frequent traveller.

Pros
  • Lightweight (325g) and compact - despite the wide range of options you only need to carry one lens
Cons
  • Some cons
