Poor workmanship of the in-ear headphones

The product was fine when it worked but the small plastic piece on the headphone's turn broke and Sony's repair options are to send you to a third party who doesn't useful. The 5 cent piece of plastic broke and the headphones are useless!

Pros
  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • Almost never

Great sound and functionality 👍

I fly a lot and love them. I had a cheaper set and switched to it. The sound quality is excellent. The app is easy to use. I like the ability to disable noise cancellation by holding down the right side. The battery life is excellent. Easy to double up with my other cheaper set.

Pros
  • Hands-free calling
Cons
  • Some bugs

Good things: Headphones

Great sound and the bass boost is insane. No connection issues, good mic for phone calls and I really like passthrough. Battery life is great, too. Noise isolation isn't bad, but could be better - I like to turn up the volume, but if my co-workers can hear what I'm hearing, they're probably sitting too close anyway. Touch control takes some time. to get used to something.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Hard to say

No complaints. To be honest, I ONLY REGRET that I waited so long to buy it. I'm not a huge music lover like some I know but I believe in quality and am delighted with the sound that comes from this product and the noise cancellation works better than I thought it would. A+Sony. I'm glad that I didn't choose Bose like I used to and wanted to use my previous experience, but chose another company.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Expensive

Received this as a gift during Black Friday 2019. That was great! Helps me block out noise while riding the New York subway. I used it as an ear warmer. Sound clarity was good. I love the options to change the type of sound I'm simulating like arena, concert, club etc. Battery life was great for my average usage. I charge it maybe every 2 weeks. The only issue I've found lately is disconnection. It could be a technical problem with my phone or an environmental interference.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • New competitors have arrived

I liked it so much that I bought a second pair for work!

Bought these instead of Bose Quiet Comfort and was incredibly happy. These are my first noise canceling headphones and I'm so glad I spent the money on them. At worst, outside noise is muffled, at best it's gone. Unlike the noise-cancelling headphones of the past, I don't hear white noise overwhelming things. They aren't too heavy for my head and the padded headband is very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the ability to skip songs and change the volume by swiping your right ear. This kit

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Nothing here

At this price this set is a STEAL!

Headphones, especially great. The sound quality is similar to the Xm4 (Sony's current top of the line headphones) but with more bass and a little less clarity in the mids and highs. Comfortable and durable (even if they're made of grainier plastic than the Xm4). Aside from the headphones, the stand and case are very well made and sturdy. I've had them for about 2 weeks but couldn't imagine that they would fall apart for a very, very long time. The headphones are a steal for the price if you are

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Good but not great

Honestly they are BETTER than the 1000XM3!

I have a Sony MDR-X10 (wired with 50mm drivers), MDR-1ADAC (wired with amplifier), MDR-1AM2 (16 ohms total, frequency response 3Hz-100kHz and the pair pair incredibly well with Sony's PHA-1A portable high-resolution DAC and headphone amp (minus points) It's mostly plastic, has an unusually "cheap" feel overall, uncharacteristic of seemingly more expensive Sony products The surface on the right earcup replaces tactile controls (for volume control or track change) and takes some getting used to…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
