It was easy to apply and I appreciate the little tongs that come with it so you can grab the pad without touching your fingers. The pads are very moist and this has made my skin quite clammy. I had to rub the liquid in after using the pad. I felt the faintest trace of a bite, but I don't know from where. I just washed my face and used that afterwards. I didn't notice any redness or irritation, but there was a little tingling.

Moisturizing, mild, soothing, fragrance-free, astringent-free, essential oil-free and non-irritating. Ideal for sensitive combination skin. The liquid essence leaves me with a sticky touch, but it gets better when I apply a moisturizer. No pilling or peeling.
