It was well protected and in good condition. It holds bottles securely, sits flat and requires absolutely no assembly! I don't have a lot of wine (which is underwhelming), but the few bottles I have can get too warm on the bakery shelf in summer, so I keep them downstairs in my bedroom (nice, cool, and dark). . I love the look of the dark shelf with bottles of red wine and it feels like I'm sleeping in a wine cellar in Italy! :)

This wine rack is very well made. Great price too. It folds up nicely. I was worried it might collapse on its own, but it's well built so that didn't happen. Got mine in white. Looks very good. I love the design because the wine bottles can't slip out. I use it for custom cabinets and will post a photo when they're done. I don't like X style wine racks because wine can easily slide out. With this rack, you need to lift the bottle before sliding, and it's safer.

The rack is designed to hold 6 bottles, 3 on each tier. a smaller cutout for the bottle neck. The bottom tier has all the cutouts, as does the larger size. So when I try to put a bottle in the slot it slips out and rolls off my counter and breaks. Don't bother to return because the cost of returning eats up most of the cost of the product: very disappointed.

We found we had too many wine bottles on the counter so we went with one cheap but nice a wine rack to place them in. It came fully assembled and very durable. The only odd thing is that the bottom tier has larger grooves at the back and smaller grooves at the front (so you can actually hold a bottle of wine), but the grooves at the top are even smaller. Therefore, the bottles are held at the top by the two back corners rather than in a groove when that makes sense. I'm assuming it's a…
