Beautiful ceiling light

I am very pleased with this light - it was beautifully packaged, easy to install and adds the finishing touch to our renovated guest room.

A lamp that cannot even be used.

Not all parts in the box. It only came with the bracket and bottom glass, nothing to attach it to the gasket.

Nearly perfect. in lights and ceiling fans

Got two. I really liked the design and especially the glass curtain at the bottom. It would be 5 stars if the design was consistent. It is not. 4 squares are welded in one place. But I pointed to the part of the wall where you won't see it, so it's not too much of a mistake. But for a room where you can see everything around you, that can be annoying for some people.

Missing parts on both units

I bought two of these and both are missing the screen that comes from the bottom so you can't see into the lamp. This makes it incredibly bright, almost to the point where it gives me a headache. I don't like seeing lightbulbs. And Amazon isn't answering calls or chats right now, so that's pretty annoying. I don't want to return the lamps, I just want the missing parts.

Nice little lamp!

I really like this device. Place it in the hallway of our rental house that is being renovated. Nice 0iece for the price, perfect for my space. Husband installed it in minutes. I wish I had a place to put it in my house! FYI, I removed all the foam and cardboard packaging to find all the parts. The way it is packaged seems a little strange but it works, the box was a little wrinkled from shipping but all my stuff was in perfect condition.

Missing parts = not in stock so upset

Item arrived without glass to cover the bulbs. I refuse to install it like this, so I can't comment on installation, brightness or remote control. Revain support was not helpful. The product was delivered to the carrier's address in the States and then shipped to Jamaica. Returning this item does not make financial sense. I only need a jar lid but Revain customer service keeps urging me to return/replace it or get a refund which also includes a 30 day return policy. Should have shopped atโ€ฆ
