High quality headphones and available with all ear tip sizes. Mine keeps falling into my ear because of the tight fit. I love her.

It was a big failure. The earhook broke three weeks after receiving the kit; all i did was take it out of my ear and click it on! And to make matters worse, the headphones give my ears a slight electric shock when I plug them into my Mac.

Ear loops are not permanently attached, they need to be placed on small stands and assembled. That's not good, and what's worse - one hinge was made of super flexible plastic and the other was made of very hard plastic. The flex was terrible and the mismatch means I don't use them. I had to keep the box for the return.

I love the product but there is so much ridiculous repackaging (huge shiny box, big plastic bracket inside the box, plastic bag inside) that I feel guilty for even keeping it. I don't think I'll be able to order it again unless the manufacturer recognizes its 2020 and the overly lavish packaging isn't cool anymore.
