Weak and uncomfortable ear loops,
Ear loops are not permanently attached, they need to be placed on small stands and assembled. That's not good, and what's worse - one hinge was made of super flexible plastic and the other was made of very hard plastic. The flex was terrible and the mismatch means I don't use them. I had to keep the box for the return.
