It was slightly smaller than expected, making the engraving almost unreadable. However I think it is a nice pendant, good weight and well made. Having photos already inside was a great bonus. Worth the money in my opinion!

Customer service was great. The clasp is flimsy and opens easily, risking loss of the locket and pictures within! They redid the first necklace, but one of the images in both necklaces was too dark to see.
