Battery life and sound quality

Amazing battery life, beats all other brands. The sound quality, excellent passive noise cancellation and active function are the icing on the cake when you turn it on. Excellent value for money and quality.

The noise cancellation is normal, but outsiders can still hear music at low volume.

Fit comfortably. The sound is good. When the volume is low, everyone around can hear the music, so you can't use it on airplanes or in public places.

Great bluetooth headphones for the price

I bought it to watch TV in the evenings without disturbing my wife/sleeping kids. The battery life is amazing, can last over a week on a single charge, for hours every day. These are my first noise-cancelling headphones, so I don't have a lot to compare them to, but they do a good job of masking other background noise. Of course they don't have the highest sound quality when listening to music due to Bluetooth and the price, but they get the job done and work well for my purpose.

Charging problem with 2 different kits

The first pair I ordered won't charge via Medium even if charged overnight (12+ hours) with the included charging cable. Eventually it stopped loading altogether. The second set I've now bought has the same problem. It will not charge above "average". I suppose it will only be a matter of time before they stop loading altogether like the last pair did. This is a SERIOUS quality issue with these headphones as they advertise 40 hours of playtime and claim that a 5 minute charge will give you 4…

Do not purchase this product if you intend to use it.

Get ready for a technical adventure as you attempt to download the Soundcore software to get these headphones up and running. Did you know that if you're using a PC, you need to download an emulator to make it work? And that after apparently successfully doing this, you end up with a Soundcore screen that doesn't show the headphones as a product? And when you try to chat with Soundcore, you get a message saying they're unavailable at 1:40pm on a Tuesday afternoon? Unless a miracle happens…
