Get ready for a technical adventure as you attempt to download the Soundcore software to get these headphones up and running. Did you know that if you're using a PC, you need to download an emulator to make it work? And that after apparently successfully doing this, you end up with a Soundcore screen that doesn't show the headphones as a product? And when you try to chat with Soundcore, you get a message saying they're unavailable at 1:40pm on a Tuesday afternoon? Unless a miracle happens, would I likely return this product? All I wanted to do was buy a set of wireless headphones. I didn't want a Super Hassle.
